Emile Dupuy obtained a master’s degree in Molecular Microbiology from the Université de Toulouse III (Paul Sabatier) in 2018. The same year, he joined the group of Pr. Jean-François Collet and of Pr. Yves Dufrêne as a PhD student with a PhD fellowship from The Excellence of Science (EOS). His research focuses on protein homeostasis during oxidative stress in E. coli.
